Mimi was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on February 18, 1944.  After a decade long battle with dementia Mimi passed away peacefully on September 20, 2014.  Mimi was preceded in death by her parents John and Madaline Bennett, sister Barbara Harris, and daughter Nicole Muller.  Mimi is survived by her husband Jim Wiederhold to whom she was married for 16 years, sister Donna Faulkinbury, daughter Jenny West, son-in-law Bill West, grandchildren Alexandria, Carson, Faith and Ryan, son-in-law John Muller, grandchildren Zachary and Samuel and several nieces and nephews.

Mimi graduated from Whittier High School in Whittier, California, where she was Secretary of the Student Council her senior year.  She won a full scholarship to Redlands University.  Mimi completed her studies at the University of Missouri where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Education.

Over the course of her life Mimi persued a number of different careers from elementary education to sales.  One of Mimi's most rewarding career moments was when she purchased the Parker's showroom in the Dallas Trade Mart from her former employers George and Shirley Parker.   Mimi cherished the friendships that she developed during her 20+ career in sales.  Prior to her retirement Mimi also served on the Board of Directors at the Dallas branch of the Unity church.
