Dear Momoko.  Thank you for all your encouragement and positive support.  You made a huge impact on my life over thirty years.  You were always so generous and happy.  I especially treasure those early years when we had to work in unity to create the first district downtown.  I was also able to meet your wonderful husband during that time. I will always fondly remember all you did for me and the members.  And we will always be grateful to you and embrace you with our prayers for eternity. Much love to you and your husband, who helped so much behind the scenes. Thank you for setting such a great example.

Beautiful MOMOKO was a powerful Ambassador for the Soka Gakkai, Value Creation Society in every area of her life and with every person which she interacted. Unwavering in her commitment, she was one of Soka Gakkai's most invaluable and loving Women's Division Leaders. She was remarkably generous with her time, resources, wit and wisdom. Momoko genuinely enjoyed helping others create a better life through her vision of Nichiren Buddhism. Thank you Momoko for the the time we spent together, you will be sorely missed by me and so many others. I hope you are as near to Nichiren Daishonin as you wish to be. With blessings and gratitude for having known you. Godspeed Momoko

Momoko was one of the most giving and generous people I have ever known. I practiced with her for many years when I lived close to her in Chicago. When my mother died in 2003, Momoko hosted a beautiful memorial for her in her home. I will miss her.

On behalf of the entire Chicago Symphony Orchestra family and from me personally, I send condolences for the passing of dear Momoko-san. What a special lady she was; always so cheerful and enthusiastic, warm, caring, friendly and generous. Keiko and I will forever be grateful for getting to know her after our move to Chicago. She was a dear, dear friend. We have such wonderful memories with her, and thank her for making our lives brighter. Whether in Chicago or on a CSO tour in Europe or Asia, being with Momoko-san was always such a joy. May she rest in peace and may her memory be a blessing.
