Funeral service will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory (2060 Germantown Street). Service from 11:00am-12:00pm and Masks are required.
Mondell Junior Herman also known as Cletus was born to the late Vernesia Herman and father Donald Gilbert on May 7, 1972 in Dayton, Ohio. Born a twin, he and his late brother, Pernell Sylvester Herman loved to travel and enjoy life together. They were inseparable. Mondell attended Dunbar High School in Dayton, Ohio and was very well known and loved by many.
Mondell was proceeded in death by great-grandparents Aaron and Rosie Warren, grandparents Oscar (Sonny Boy) and Betty Herman, uncles Ronald( Weezy) Herman and Robert Warren and cousin Jacqueline Johnson.
Mondell leaves to cherish his memory his devoted brother Sharod Herman and two nephews Sharod Herman Jr. and Jahlaun Peden. The love of his life, his spouse, Tara Young and three stepchildren, Eric and Tiara Bines and Tyrese Young. Mondell’s uncle’s Aaron Herman, Dwight Anderson and aunt Donna Warren will miss him dearly. Mondell’s other aunts and uncles are Lenora Warren, Devora and Myrtle Johnson and John and Bobby Warren. Mondell’s close cousins are Kira, Robert and Ryan Warren, Kenya, Germaine and Aaron Baccus, Lavica Bryant and Cynthia and Gary Phillips. His close friend Michael Shank(P.J.) and a host of other friends and family will carry Mondell in their hearts forever.
