Morgan Jade Violi, 7, was kidnapped while she was playing in the parking lot of Colony Apartments where she lived in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on Jul. 24, 1996. Morgan’s skeleton was found on Oct. 20, 1996, in a culvert in White House, Tennessee, forty miles south of Bowling Green.
