God, in His infinite wisdom, gently closed the eyes of our loved one and allowed him to enter eternal rest very peacefully on Monday, December 22, 2014 at EAMC Lanier Nursing Home in Valley, AL.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. from Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, Lanett, AL with Pastor Louis Upshaw officiating.
Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery, Lanett, AL. Davis Memorial Mortuary of Valley directing.
Public Viewing is scheduled for Monday, December 29, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Davis Memorial Mortuary Chapel.

At times like these we often feel the need to be comforted.family members and friends can can give us some degree of comfort. Only Jehovah God can give us the comfort we need. Psalms 145:18,19 assures us Jehovah is near to all those calling upon him, and their cry for help he will hear. So sorry for your loss
