Mrs. Billie Morse Rankin Hubbard, age 84 of Franklin, Georgia passed away on Friday, October 24 at the Hospice LaGrange in LaGrange, Georgia.

Memorial services for Mrs. Hubbard were conducted on Sunday, October 26, 2014, from the Franklin United Methodist Church with the Reverends Brett Mathews and Rick McMahan officiating. Music was provided by Rick Robertson. The internment will be at a later date in the Restlawn Cemetery in LaGrange, Georgia.

Beth, John, & Bradley, please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your Mother. I just found out in reviewing my emails and seen the post of her obituary. I remember when you guys moved to the lake where does the time go so quickly. If I can do anything for you please let me know, I'm just up the road from you no at 195 Greenwood Lake.
