Mary Wall Thomas was bom April 12, 1933 to the late Alice Mae Glenn and Jack
Wyckofl

She gave her life to Christ at an early age. Mrs. Thomas was blessed with the gifts of art and crafts, gardening and giving good sound advice to children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and especially friends.

Mrs. Mary W. Thomas was married to the
late Otha Dell Thomas in September, 1950. after
which she joined Benson - Bethel Methodist
Church under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Green
and several leaders of the Methodist Church. She
served as a deacon's wife faithfully.

Later in her life she was actively giving
veggies away to family and friends. Once a month
Santuck would not open without the
presence of Mary and Otha Thomas to buy food
such as veggres, fruit andhoop cheese to give away
to family and friends. Mary and Otha would have a
wagon full of food to take home.

Mrs. Mary was a caring mother of the
community. Every young person was her
grandchild and was greeted with a hug and kiss on
the cheek.

 

Mrs. Thomas was preceeded in death by
one daughter, Thevelyn A. Thomas.

Mrs. Mary Thomas leaves in loving
memories: two sons, Ronnie B. Thomas and Otha
D. Thomas (Lisa); a daughter, McVivian Regina
May (Herman); two sisters, Ms. MaryAlice Pierre
ofAlexander City, Alabama and Mrs. Betty Morgan
(Raymond) of Georgia; brother, Freddie Wyclioff
(Charlotte) of Huntsville, Alabama; son-in-law,
Rayfield Thomas; grandchildren, LaCreshea V.
Chapman of Conley, Georgia, Vanisia Winston of
New Orleans, Louisiana; Raynerric (Angie)
Thomas of Columbia, Tennessee, Mary Sharae
Thomas of Austell, Georgia, Porsha A. Young
(Bert) of Birmingham. Alabama, Otha Dwayne
Thomas, Pensacola, Florida; nine great
grandchildren and a host of other relatives and
friends.
