Mu, my heart is heavy and eyes filled with tears but know that my soul is rejoicing that you finally made it. You have been one of the GREATEST Grandmother's that any kid could ever have had. You have always made a way for us when it seemed like there was no way and for that I say Thank You. I can speak for all of us when I say we will truly miss our family Sunday Morning breakfast call from you around 8:30am. But to us the family, we must continue this journey with our heads up and walk in grace! Love you much, Mu and Family. --Woo

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Mrs Willie Mae's passing. She was truly a special person. When she left Russell I missed her special smile, but anytime I ran into her in town she still had that sweet smile.

To the Harrell Family-  The sorrow of the faithful is not that of a permanent loss, but the tender sense of sadness that comes in saying good-bye for now to someone we love. May today's sorrow give way to the peace and comfort of God's unconditional Love. God reminds us in John 14:1-3, Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. He reminds us that he's going away to prepare a place for us. And if I go and prepare this place, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. May you and your family find comfort in these mere words. Because they will soon turn too precious memories.   Your Dear Cousin, Ruby Holley Simpson (Sumter, SC)
