A star was born on Thursday, September 2, 1982 at 5:33 p.m. to Regina Y. Hardy and Larry D. Talbert – Ahyana Elois Talbert. Ahyana was born at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. She was the oldest child of two. Ahyana lived in Lynwood, Compton and San Bernardino, California before relocating to West Point, Georgia where she has lived for the last eleven years.

While in California she joined the California Conservation Corporation and worked at Patton State Mental Institution in Dietary. On October 27, 2014 Ahyana was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Regina Y. Talbert. Ahyana E. Talbert departed this life on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 4:00 a.m. in LaGrange, Georgia.

Her memory will be cherished by: her father, Larry D. Talbert; sister, Ashley Talbert; grandmothers, Bertha Hibler and Lois Talbert; aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends including her extended family members, Linda Thomas, Cheri Thomas, August Thomas, Sharmaine Thomas, Terrie Speed and William Thomas.
