The daughter of Mr. Seabrook Williams, Sr. of Florida and the late Cubadeen Borders Williams, Nadine was a Columbus native who was a 1971 graduate of the William H. Spencer High School. She was also a graduate of Columbus Technical College. She was employed for over 10 years with the Muscogee County Schools, her last tenure was with Richards Middle School.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Oscar Williams. Survivors, other than her father include: one devoted daughter, Raven Henry; three brothers, Seabrook Williams, Jr. (Wylene), Michael Williams and Lorenzo Williams; three sisters, Linda Ammons (Freddie), Vickie Bailey and Jacqueline Kindrick (Lorenzo); three aunts, Armie Jean Collier, Elaine Luttrell and Calvin McGruder; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
