Nancy Carol Wright Shropshire, a longtime resident of Oxford, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Durham Regional Hospital.
Nancy was a native of Alamance Co and was the daughter of the late Sam and Margaret Wright and the wife of Wayne Shropshire.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Meadowview Memorial Park in Oxford at 3:00 PM.
She is survived by her Husband, Wayne Shropshire of Oxford, a daughter, Lynne Ayscue, a granddaughter, Mirhonda Ayscue both of Oxford and a sister Betty Jo Smith of Gibsonville, NC.
Nancy worked at her child day care in Oxford where she saw many wonderful children grow into caring adults.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Granville County animal shelter at 5650 Cornwall Rd., Oxford, NC. 27565
