Sometimes there are no words...but always, there are prayers. Keeping you close in thoughts and prayers. And now we entrust you to God and his care.

Nan, is in the arms of God, healed and at peace. We will miss her, she touched our lives only briefly in Hoodsport and beyond. She was the type of person that when you saw her you could see Jesus, isn't that what we all want in life. What a life she left behind, filled with love, kindness, giving and forgiving.
Last time I spoke with her, we talked and laughed almost two hours on the phone, getting updates and remembering our time in Hoodsport. They had moved to Oregon and we to Arizona.
Tom know you are in our thoughts and prayers, we love you both.

Nan was all those amazing things and more the family wrote. She was intelligent, loving, and the most generous person we have ever known. We have missed all the birthday parties, holiday celebrations we shared when we all lived up here in Hoodsport, WA. She and Tom were family and we shared so many ups and downs together over the years. She often let us know when Freddies was having a Carhart sale, and I often had to call her to ask my husband's pants size as she was the only person who knew. I LOVED going into her sewing cabana as it was like walking into a rainbow with all her beautiful fabric neatly organized and color coordinated. I never had to go to town to get fabric or yarn, I'd just go to Nan's closet or cabana and buy it from her. We volunteered at Adopt-A-Pet for quite some time, and we were sooo proud of the fact that neither of us even thought about bringing home ANOTHER dog...until a litter came in one day...she took 2 and we took 1 out of a litter of 5. That was it and both Tom and Bill knew it. Our career there soon ended. She was involved with our local Booster Club and helped make it such a great success.  We know we will see her again, but the wait will seem so long. I hope you are dancing with joy now dear Nan. We love you and have missed you more than you know.
