March 21st, 2022 would have been your 21st birthday. Your family, and (especially) your twin sister and I, miss you so very much. We celebrate but there is an unspoken silence for your empty chair. It is felt every single day, but even more so on your birthday. I am happy that you can celebrate with Grandma and Grandpa, but I so wish that I could be there with you. Until that day comes, I give thanks to God for the all too short time that we had together, and for the memories that I carry in my heart. It is through God's grace, and the blessing of family and friends that I have been able to go on without you. Because he has blessed me so abundantly here on earth, it brings me comfort to know that He has given you a joy in heaven that is insurmountable. We love you, Nic.
