Mr. Jackson was born in Chambers County August 14, 1934 to the late Burl Jackson and the late Annie Mae Blanks Jackson, he was of the Baptist Faith, and retired from Uniroyal Corp. after 35 years of service.  

He is survived by 2 children-Brenda Hutchinson of Marcoot, Al., Nick (Tammy) Jackson, Jr. of Marcoot, Al.,2 sisters-Carol (Weymon) Moore of Valley, Al., Beth (Billy) Golden of Pell City, Al., 2 sisters in law-Lenora Jackson and Bernice Jackson, 4 grandchildren- Benjie Hutchinson, David (Hayley) Hutchinson, Kyle (LaRae) Jackson and Katie (D. J. ) McElvy, 8 great grandchildren, special care givers-Jerome McCullars and Tammy Greer.  He was preceded in death by his first wife of 49 years Bobbie Jean Howard Jackson and second wife Debra Jackson, 2 brother George Jackson and Bobby Jackson and sister Virginia Belcher.
