I still think about you everyday my dear friend…I love you till eternity…till we meet again , rest on my dear friend.

The last time I saw you was in August, just a few months before you passed on and we kept planning our next meet up. Busy busy busy we kept saying we were… kids , work, husbands etc all the legitimate reasons… If there’s anything your passing has taught me , it is to make the most of now with those we love and care about. Tomorrow seems so close but could end up literally being a lifetime away and trust me babe I have been doing just that. Seizing the moment more than even before.

Thank you for that infectious laughter of yours. I still hear it and it makes me chuckle each time I do. You are sorely missed.

Nneka, just yesterday I remembered you and how the world robbed us of your beauty, your person, your awesomeness and you.

For that second I was angry with the world and sad with myself for letting the world get too busy to checkin till you became an angel.

Then, I had this large sigh of pain and like that, I wasn't angry anymore because I saw your smile. In your smile I knew that even though you are with the angels now, you are also with your family, your friends and the world at every second and every corner. How can't you be? You touched so many ......

I didn't even remember today was your birthday, then I saw the reminder. I started to smile understanding why your impact had come to me just yesterday....

Nnem! Today was meant to be 40 years on earth and we will celebrate you with a special prayer as you celebrate in heaven.

I will thank God that I was blessed to have known you.
I will thank Him that He continues to comfort and support your family, friends and the world.
I will thank Him that He had blessed the world with you...
Happy Birthday my dear, rest well till we meet gain...

Lots of Love, Chichi Menakaya

My “life of the party” partner
Words fail me as I put pen to paper
It still feels unreal that you are gone
You left 5 days after my birthday and that left me done
The consolation that puts me in my haven
Is that you are coordinating the groove in heaven!
Forever in my heart. xoxo.

January 16, 2020
It has finally dawned on me that you have departed this earth. A rude shock that I hope to recover from. It is hard to believe that you have indeed gone to meet your Creator.

Your life was full, happy and with positive impacts. Each time I look around, I am still seeing many memories of you; is it your gifts, your pictures, our gists and challenges we had overcome? It is impossible to forget you in a hurry.

I always remember my Mum telling me how they (our Mums) coped taking care of us as first-time Mothers whilst studying in school, especially meeting up with their morning lectures. I will always remember the moments we shared when we both carried our babies (Cheta & Ifenna, Chima & Chimdi) same years to full term and the enormous joy of celebrating and dedicating them to God.

Nne, you have left a huge vacuum in the lives of those who met and knew you. God has permitted that you join Him at this age of your life, we cannot question the Almighty.

I am certain that God has your Husband, three Sons, Mother and Brother fully covered. He will always sort them out all the way irrespective of your absence.

As hard as it is, with heavy tears in my eyes I write; "Nneka Onuorah-Isiadinso, rest in the bosom of the Lord until we meet on the resurrection day".

Laa n'udo ezi nwanne!

My darling Nini little did we know that morning God was to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It breaks our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone for part of us went with you the day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
We’ll always love you and never forget you.

To my professional colleague, Pharm Nneka Onuora.
In fact, it was a great shock to me when I got the news of your demise and that shock is still reverberating in me. I could not fathom the mystery of death which quickly snatched you away like a kidnapper from us. It is quite unbelievable that you have gone home to rest leaving everyone that knew you in a state of confusion. My only consolation is that you ran your race well. May God continue to repose your soul while he gives your family members and all of us the fortitude to contain this tragedy. RIP the great Pharmacist.

I'm still speechless over what happened. Still can't believe it. But God knows why. Maybe he wants you to be with Him, far from this world of toil and tears. May God give you eternal rest and to your family, fortitude and comfort; especially your hubby who could not keep his hands off you on your wedding day; your little boys, when will they see mummy again? And your Mom, Enyi. God be with you till we meet again.

I never really met you but the void you left behind is so tangible. What happens to your boys? This is so painful.

However, God remains the author and finisher. The middle is where we play our part of finding and knowing God, our maker.

IN everything and FOR everything we are admonished to return the glory back to Him! He knows best. Our gratitude is an indication that we trust Him no matter the circumstance and that He is faithful to abide with us for the long mile. Of course, if God be for us who can be against us???

Her Life
December 29, 2019
Biography of Late Pharm Nneka Isiadinso (Nee Onuora)

March 21st,1982-November 26th ,2019.

Nneka was the first born child of Chief & Enyi ( Mrs ) Afamefuna Augustine Onuora from Onitsha in Onitsha North, Anambra State. She was born in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria on the 21st of March,1982.

She attended her nursery education at Hillview nursery/primary school Enugu. Her primary education was at the University of Nigeria Primary school, Enugu campus from 1987-1992.

After her primary education, she gained admission into Our Lord Shepherd Secondary School, Enugu from 1993-1995. Her set was the pioneer of that school and she was their First Senior Prefect. Nneka was an outstanding, brilliant child and possessed many leadership qualities.

She moved to Federal Government Girls College Onitsha in 1995 at JSS 3. It was the first time in the history of the school that they admitted a student via an external examination class. She was admitted after the guidance counsellor of the school requested for her previous school cumulative, which was exceptional. In 1997, after 2 years in that school, she again became their Senior Prefect This was another first, the first Senior Prefect who did not start from JSS 1. A great disciplinarian that she was, she was made the President of War Against Indiscipline (WAI) in the school.

From secondary school she gained admission to University of Nsukka from where she graduated in 2006 with a degree in Pharmacy.

From 2007-2008, she worked as an intern in National Hospital, Abuja. In 2009, she served her fatherland as a Youth Corp member in National Assembly Clinic Abuja.

She also worked as a volunteer Pharmacist in Global HIV/AIDS INITIATIVE-NIGERIA (GHAIN) from 2008-2009.

In 2009, she gained admission for Masters in Public Health in Kings College London. She graduated in 2010.

In her brief sojourn in the UK, she acquired her Masters degree, worked for Boots Pharmacy as a dispenser from March to November 2011 and met her heartthrob, Uchenna Isiadinso.

They got married after a whirlwind romance on 3rd December 2011 and she returned to Nigeria permanently to join her husband in 2012 after the birth of her first son [Dindu].

Nneka’s dedication to her profession continued with her working for a charity before joining Healthplus in 2014, where she worked her way up from Pharmacy Services Officer to Pharmacy Services Manager. She loved her job and the impact that she had on it each day.

Nneka took the time after work to develop herself professionally, making sure that she kept abreast of developments in her profession. She undertook various courses of private study to improve herself professionally despite the rigours of parenthood.

Despite the rigours of her career, she gave birth to her second child in 2015 and the third in May 2018. Nneka was immensely dedicated to her family, her career and friends.

Nneka was dedicated to her family and was the very definition of a homemaker, despite her hectic work life. She never tired of making sure that her family was well taken care of. She was a loving mother that took the time out to care for her three children, Dindu, Chetam and Ije; she ensured that they were well taken care of and had all the time in the world for them.

She was also a loving wife, and supported her husband, Uchenna’s career, giving both advice and moral support to him.

She will be terribly missed.

Nini

December 15, 2019
Nini, Ada oma, Omalicha nwa. I cry every day and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and cry myself out wondering what happened. We never saw this coming. You were a very strong girl from birth, intelligent, elegant, a shinning star, full of life. I wish we can turn back the clock and this whole thing will be a dream.

I cry as I put down few words in this page but I must write something for Nini.

Nini, Ije oma. I pray that the Good Lord will grant you eternal rest and comfort all of us especially your Mum, your brother, your husband and your little Angels who are so young to understand what is going on. How will they understand the meaning of death or that they won't see their beautiful Mommy again. Oh!! Nini, it's so painful.

God, please help us.

Rest in Peace Nini.

Class, Confidence & Kindness defined Nneka

December 11, 2019
For a student who joined FGGC Onitsha in JS3/SS1 (there about) , Nneka defied the norm by becoming a senior prefect for her set. She was highly acknowledged by both students and teachers alike for the level of class and confidence she exuded as a person.
I think everyone who schooled during her time at FGGC Onitsha would tell you she was that type of gentle & kind personality. It is truly sad to hear of her passing. With God, she is now an angel watching over all her family and friends.
Adieu Nneka! May your gentle soul rest in peace.
