This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Noble Berryhill, 22, born on March 20, 1995 and passed away on March 20, 2017. We will remember him always.
Abruptly, on March 20, 2017, Noble very tragically took his own life. He was residing with his family in their house in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the time. To dispel the rumors and speculation, he hung himself inside the home. The toxicology report showed there were no drugs or alcohol in his system. He had a history of depression and being suicidal over previous years. He had been struggling with depression, and schizoaffective disorder/ bipolar 1 type. Also, he was dealing with psychosis and he had just been released from the hospital for a previous suicide attempt just three weeks prior where he had severely cut himself. The previous attempt was the night following his release from an arrest on bond. He had been pulled over for driving with his "bright" headlights on and subsequently the officer that pulled him over arrested him for driving on a suspended license, no insurance, no title and expired tags. Noble was already extremely stressed and showing signs of psychosis, which is probably why he had his "bright" headlights on. He had been experiencing racing thoughts and was very withdrawn. Noble needed medical care for depression and a chemical imbalance and what he got was arrested instead. The handling Noble received when arrested for "bright" headlights was to be put in handcuffs. He spent the night in jail, in an already overwhelmed mental state. It was his third time being arrested in the span of just over a year. This was excruciating to him and beyond troubling. He was extremely frightened of being sent to jail at his upcoming court date that would have been the following week after he died. Still, it is impossible to know what Noble was thinking at the time of his death, and it feels confusing to us now as we are left trying to make sense of it all. Noble, you deserved so much better. We miss you and we love you.
Noble Jason Berryhill was a shining star. An extremely likable, talented and confidant young man with more potential than can be explained in words. He was loving, a devoted brother, loyal to his family, and a best friend. He graduated high school in Seguin, Texas in June of 2013.
He was born to parents, Malissa and Mathew on March 20,1995 in San Antonio, Texas. He also had been raised in Somerset and Seguin, Texas at different times.
When he died on March 20,2017, he had been residing with his father and his older brother in west Tulsa, Oklahoma. His brother was scheduled to leave a few weeks later to go into the Air Force, something that Noble felt proud of for his brother.
He also has a younger sister who was still in Texas at the time, he talked about her daily. He had kept talking about wanting to send her shoes as a gift. Three pairs, he said. One pair to fit her now and two pairs to grow into (one pair a bit bigger and then the third pair bigger yet). He really adored his sister and she was one of his main concerns in life. He talked about her wellbeing and was a protective big brother. He had her name tattooed on his hand.
He had an inner light that was bright. His amazing ability to reach people and motivate and build confidence in those around him were some of his best qualities. He had an electric smile that lit up the room and is missed so very much. He was a talented and an exceptional personal fitness trainer. He held five certifications in his field. He loved working with clients of all ages. His heart was big and his personality was endearing. He loved to tell stories about his life and experiences. He had a funny sense of humor and felt genuine loyalty to his loved ones.

""Noble has always found a place in athletics since childhood playing pee wee football. Soon after football he found a true passion for MMA and fitness. He has competed in MMA for 3 years and used CrossFit as a means of strength training and conditioning to be in the best fighting shape as possible. “The stability and achievement that I feel with working out has developed a passion for helping others achieve their goals through hard work and dedication. I absolutely love helping people accomplish things they never thought possible.”"
He thrived when given the support he needed. His life ended way too soon and has left many broken hearts. We are grateful for knowing you Noble, and so very sad without you here. Till we see you in heaven, you remain in our hearts and remembered by many, many people who love you.
