Noeli was a loving, caring, jolly beautiful and loved by everyone young lady. She was loved by her 3 brothers and her mother and stepfather. Our gathering were frequent and we had so much fun together. She loved her dogs dearly Diva and Mia. Everyone who knew her, loved to hear her stories since she told them in a funny way. She would light up room with her beautiful smile. She was happy and funny. She was a loyal dedicated friend, she took care of her friends in need . She started to go to for x-ray tech never got to finish. She would have wanted to rescue every abandoned dog , for she loved them. She also love car racing. We will always love and miss her.
