Happy Father's Day in heaven Dad! We love and miss you. Uncle Barry passed away on June 10th. I hope the Berger & Green family are together taking care of each other in heaven. Uncle John passed away on July 18th 2017. This Father's day brought me a great deal of sadness. Some very special people are no longer here. I didn't leave a tribute yesterday on Father's Day due to my sadness and disbelief. I love you very much and wish things were different when you were here. I am grateful for the happy memories. Cousin Jasmine had her Bat Mitzvah on June 16th 2018. She did an awesome Job. All your children were there accept Rachel. She couldn't attend. I know you were with us in spirit. Jasmine graduates High School this week. She's an awesome young lady. Even better than your baby Mel-Mel. She will be going to College at the same school as Cousin Kevin (Eric's Son). Isn't that interesting. So happy I found our family and you were given the opportunity of reunited with them before your passing. I love you! RIP Dad. XOXOXO

Hi Cousin, Normie, Missing the times we spent together years ago. You were our oldest cousin and we were the babies on Bubbie and Zayde’s side. Remember the times we had at Pesacows in the summertime? We had so much fun with all the families gathering and all us kids frolicking from day to night. I wish we we could go back in time when things were so simple. Love ❤️ you! Please keep your mom, your dad Gus, and your aunt Evie and uncle Bill, Bubbie, Zayde and your cousin Sandy In plain sight and relish the time together. Happy 75th Birthday in heaven. LvU forevermore...Tina

Happy Birthday Dad in heaven! Today you would’ve been 75. Feeling sadness. Jasmine graduates HS this year and is going away to college in August. I know you are looking down so proud of your Princess Jasmine. Emily will be ten years old on the 22nd of this month. I am so blessed with my girls. Wish their grandpa Norman was here to share the joy and happiness they bring me and of course order all the chocolate from the school candy sales (smiling). I wish we had more time to bond and create more memories. I will reminisce the good times we shared. I love and miss you dad! Your Baby Mel-Mel

Today is the 8th anniversary of your passing. Although you are thought about often, today is a day you are consistently thought about. A day I feel sadness and gratitude. Sad that you are not here with us and grateful for the positive memories we've shared. Thinking of this day eight years ago, I still at times feel shocked and lost...I know you are here in spirit. You will forever be loved and remembered. Missing you. Wishing Emily had more time with you too. Your granddaughters are great girls. You'd be proud of your Baby Mel-Mel. Every time Emily comes home with the school candy sale, I think to myself (she would get grandpa to buy everything). Jasmine is a hard worker just like you taught us. I love you daddy!

Happy Father's Day in heaven Daddy. I thought about you a lot throughout this day. I wish things were different and you were here. I got to spend some of the day with Barbie. I hope you are looking down and seeing all of your children and grandchildren. Cousin Maya became a Bat mitzvah. Most of us were all together. Rachel, Mark, Michael, and Melinda were not able to attend. She lit a candle for loved ones who past away including her Uncle Normie. I cried and wished you were around to see the Berger family finally together. I love you. RIP

It is hard to accept the death of a loved one; especially when you didn't have the chance to say goodbye; especially when the deceased was taken so suddenly and so shockingly at the prime of life and most especially when it seems like an irreplaceable part of your world is gone. The grief and the pain can be unbearable; you cry a river and your sorrow knows no end. You never really know what it's like until you are there yourself. Death and indeed a sudden death is so painful. It makes you realize the brevity of life. We often take life for granted; too much so. It makes you take time to appreciate the loved ones in your life because no one knows what tomorrow will bring. It makes you put things in perspective; to live and love life; not wasting time being unhappy or dissatisfied. My heart and sympathy goes out to the entire family of Norman Berger. May you know no more sorrow. All my love and heart. Lisa Wadler
