This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Norman Apter, 40, born on August 1, 1973 and passed away on February 8, 2014.

For those who would like to make a donation in honor of Norm's memory, please choose a welfare organization in China, Taiwan, or the US. Since Chinese was his major, Taiwan was his second home, and the US was his country, a donation to an organization in any of these locations would serve his memory well.

I think Norm would be very happy that he can help the children who are poor and in need attention.
