He accommodated the Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship in his old palace. Anytime he comes around he will send for us [Corpers] we sit around him and gist. His sense of humor is top notch! Whenever he sees me, he will say "I know you. You are the one staying in my mother's room". May God Comfort us all. Farewell Kabiyesi.

Dad - you were not only our Dad, you were a father to a whole community of people. I remember particularly our very early years when you and mum struggled to give us a solid foundation. We love you but our good Lord loves you more. May your soul rest in perfect peace

Daddy!!!!because that's what i used to call you as it was through you i gained my admission into OAU, since then you became my guardian, your home became my home, your family became my family, i eat whatever you eat and that was you, no discrimination. You talked to me and advised me the way you do to Temi and the rest. My sojourn in OAU is not complete without you. I have no doubts you are resting in the bosom of your maker. Rest well Dad.

Kabiyesi, as the caption reads you will forever be missed. Your achievements on the throne will forever be missed. The shoes you left is so big that we are troubled of how to get it worn. Rest on till eternity.

You were such a great shield, mighty king and a wonderful and lovely leader who really cares for his people and in return you were loved by all, It was so hard for me to believe that you were no more but rather I can say you are still alive because the good deeds you left behind always speaks for you and the vacuum you have left behind will take a while before we can have someone like you to occupy that, I do remembered the case you once judged before me so wisely like a good judge will do when I was a child who always ran to the palace while calling a mighty king like you my friend, many wouldn't have had the opportunity of been a graduate but you stood in the gap of giving recommendation letters to students seeking for admission into higher institutions within the kingdom, I always remembered the good times we shared together and I will keep remembering you at all times even after you departed this sinful world, your ROYAL HIGHNESS It was painful that you couldn't live for me to fulfil what have long ago desired to accomplish for you but God loves you more than we do,Rest on till we meet in Heaven KING ALADEOKUN AKINBOLA,You are my True King indeed.
