He was born on February 21, 1948 to Obie D. Sr. and Ruby Lee Cleveland Fuller in South Carolina.

He is survived by sons: Tony Fuller and Jearl Fuller and daughter, Teresa Fuller, sister, Glenda Hooks, six Grandchildren and 16 Great-grandchildren.

He loved hunting and his dog Killer”.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers and his companion.
