I miss you so much Olabisi mi
About 40years ago, The Lord gave us the gift of Olabisi Olaitan, she knew her purpose early in life and fulfilled same until she drew her last breath. She was beautiful in and out, selfless beyond words and loyal to a fault.
Olabisi Olaitan lived a short but highly impactful life. She was diligent in everything she found herself doing. The numerous accolades since her demise testify to the richness of Olabisi’s Christian life.
It’s truly a privilege for our paths to have crossed. She left everyone she met during her sojourn on earth with an indeliable mark. She was friends with all and sundry, never carried any air around her. Olabisi, an angel in disguise, she was the rallying point for many of us. She was fun to be with, never a dull moment with her. Her phrases included, Fire, Apata Aiyeraye o, Enikeni ko ni gba ise wa se o. A o ni gba agbati adura. She never shyed away from letting people know her strong affiliation with the Lord.
Today, we are gathered in memory of one of God’s own angels. The Lord is again using Olabisi even in death to remind as many as are unsaved to give their lives to Jesus. We are grieving over her loss, Heaven is rejoicing at her arrival as there is no pain, sorrow or death where she is.
To the family and friends- I can only look up to heaven for the comfort of the Holy Spirit. I pray for my brother, for the strength to go on in his darkest hour of his life. You are a good man who made Bisi’s purpose seamlessly achievable. I pray that God of all comfort will be with mummy, Brother Dipo, sis Nike, sis Bukky, Ayodeji , Uncle Femi , Uncle Demola and Grandma Adeyemo.
Olawamiwa, Oladunmomi, Olatimoni, the Lord’s eyes are watching over you. Eru ko ni ba yin loruko Jesu. Your mother carried everyone’s burden. The Lord will send you help before the need comes.
Olabisi, you have fought the good fight, ahead lies your crown. Sleep on devoted wife, loving mom, dependable sister, caring daughter, loyal friend, lover of God till we meet to part no more.
Signed
Olajumoke Abiiba Popoola

Bisi, our support system
A true sister and friend, Olabisi lived a short but highly impactful life. Always there when you need the comfort of a friend. Never got tired of doing good. She was the 'linking bridge'.
Provided the support system to too many of us. My children, Temi, Toni and Tomiwa will miss your tender love, deep and genuine concern and care.
Olabisi Olaitan, you have gone to a better place, we know. Live on in our hearts!
