My Grandfather was someone who always had good stories to tell,
but just as importantly he knew how to be a good listener as well.
He was patient and kind.
He was no ordinary man. I may not remember many of the words my grandpa spoke,
But the memories of what he conveyed without speaking a word will stay in my heart. You will forever be missed Grandpa

You were kind, selfless, you had a good heart, you were a man of peace. Thank you for teaching me the act of giving. I will always miss you but I have so many wonderful memories to hang on to. You were a role model, and a friend. Your guidance and love will carry me through to the end of my days. I love you Grandpa, until we meet again.

A great grandfather. Through the time I got to know and speak to you, you emphasized the importance of being great and giving back. We have what we have in order to bless someone else is the last thing you told me. You will be missed. Gone but not forgotten.

Although I never knew you much, but the few days I met and saw you and the lives of those you left behind, showed you lived a good life and fought till the end.

You taught us that the act of giving is not in the midst of having plenty to give but in the knowledge that what is not enough today will be plenty tomorrow. I can say today that your love language was how you showed your responsibility and how you managed the resources in your care selflessly. The whole family will miss, and you will live forever in our hearts. Your assurances held us together, your encouragement was effective. You paid attention to all the details even when it was stressful for us to express them, you forced them out of us. What a lesson you gave us!
