Mummy, writing a tribute to you is such a challenge to me as I do not know how I can adequately express the role and impact you made in my life for which I am forever grateful.
You were a virtuous woman, loving, caring courageous, soft and peaceful as a dove. A rare Gem. Over the years, you embraced me, took me as your own son and by doing so made me understand the true meaning of family.
You never failed to make a positive impact in the lives of people that have met or interacted with you. Hence,we (young and old) are usually comfortable to rest on your ever-willing broad shoulders whenever we encounter any form of challenge either within the family or otherwise. We all resort to confiding in you and we are usually assured that all will be well.
Mummy’s popular saying is ‘ESI NKAN KAN’ Mummy not only resolve challenges within the family she also intercedes by way of prayer and fasting for us her children. You were indeed a pillar of support for us. Thank you for your unwavering love, care and immerse generosity.
Mummy, whilst it is hard to believe that you have passed on, your foot prints and legacy will continue to live within me. You ran a good race in life and we are proud of you.
Continue to rest in the bosom of the almighty till we meet at Jesus feet.

"Eye Lori Agba," as I look upon your picture
It reminisce the sweet memories I recall...
Of a spiritual, patient, kind, hospitable, humorous, and a true woman of a face full of sunshine, hope, and a smile for one and all..Selah!
Of a generous, a friendly attitude which we the OGUNSEEMIS' will for ever remember.
We will miss the warmth of your love
We will miss seeing your beautiful smile
And the sound of your voice calling our names.....
However, if flowers grow in heaven Lord, pick a bunch for us, then place them in her arms and let her know its from us.
Tell her that we love and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while...

Mummy, you were the matriarch of our family, a rock, an inspiration and a teacher.
You were such a wonderful and loving sister to me. You took great care of your siblings just like a mother hen would do. Our father, Daddy D.M. Abajingin died on the 12th of August 1989. Our mother, Madame Alice Abajingin on the 13th of March 1997. Our adorable senior brother, chief M.F. Abajingin on the 7th of December 1998. Since then you became the matriarch of the Abajingin family and filled the big shoes left for you to wear. You loved all and cared for the everyone. May the Lord grant me strength and wisdom to wear the shoes you have now passed on to me.
You death came as a shock. I had hoped and prayed after seeing you at the hospital that you would return to Ibadan safely. But alas God has taken you from us. Thank you for all your love, words of wisdom and counsel. You will forever be cherished and missed.
Goodnight mama
Your sister, Lady Rebecca Adeagbo
Mummy l'Are, aka Eye l'Are, the news of your death was a shock to me. Your age was ripe, but your unique lifestyle and disposition to all of us made me feel that way. I appreciate your relationship with me for over five decades! A mother indeed, generous in giving to all and sundry. Your love to us was unparalleled and without discrimination. Mummy, you lived a model Christian life full of humility and simplicity, our role model of life, we shall miss you indeed. Sleep on, dear daughter of Zion, rest at the bossom of your Lord. Fond memories of you, we shall continue to cherish.

You were an embodiment of what it is mearnt to be a "MOTHER" always willing to listen and repair severed ties, you are loved by many.
I had so much to say to you when you get well, but little did i know, i won't get to see you, Death snatched you away!
You were so strong,I once believed that you are too resilient to be conquered by something as inferior as an illness, but there you were,at its mercy. But i am comforted knowing that you are in a better place, where there is no pain.
For the values you have instilled,i would confront and embrace my truth, and be bold enough to be emancipated by that truth as you have alway taught.
You will forever be missed and i will hold your loving memories forever in my heart.

Mama! Mama Oga (Boss' mother) as I called her, despite her being a mother-in-law to my boss Dr Bonnie Ayodele, one would never notice my boss is not a biological son of mama. She is a mother to all as she cares so much about the well-fair of everyone. Everyone become her child the moment she comes in contact with him or her.
My little experience with her is evergreen. It showed me how wonderful this mama is: generous, caring, clean and disciplined. Mama is a friend and mother to everyone. We will certainly miss you until we meet again.
Rest in the comfort of your creator.
Mummy Lare, you were the truest, dearest, more than a mother to me.i admire the inner strength God gave you to come through with all your siblings, and the whole of your families. You were a mother to all.
You were precious a gift from God, so much beauty, grace, love and patience you possessed. You touched my heart in so many ways, your strength and smile even on dark days made me realise the angelic nature in you.
While at University, you treated me like your own Jolayemi or Yetunde and Kemi and will share things equally for us.
Mummy im sure you heard Gods whisper, calling you home, you did not want to leave, i see your fight, you must have loved us so much that you held on tight, until all your strength was gone, and you could no longer hold on , finally you gave your hands to God and slipped away quietly without telling us bye.
I WILL FOREVER SALUTE YOUR MOTHERLY LOVE TO ALL OF US WHO ARE NOT EVEN YOUR BIOLOGICAL CHILDREN ,YOU TREATED US THE SAME AS YOURS,TAUGHT ME TO NEVER TO GIVE UP ON MY DREAMS BUT TO PERSERVERE NO MATTER HOW HARD THE STORMS MAY BE.
I WILL MISS YOU MUMMMY
WE WILL MISS YOU
GOOD NIGHT MA
O DAARO MA
Dear Prince Abisade,
I write to condole and commensurate with you on the demise of your Matriarch, Eyelori as I will love to call her lived a fulfilled life worthy of emulation
While she was here, she was an erudite scholar of note. I can vividly remember when we visited her place at Ajilosun in Ado-Ekiti, she gave us a warmed reception gorgeously rapped with her facial show of unflinching love. She was particular about education during our short chat as she asked what certificates have I obtained and we talked about merits of education in one's life and the society at large. She was indeed a virtuous woman
May mama soul rest well in the bossom of the great grand the Architect of the universe and may the Almighty grant the entire Royal family the fortitude to bear the irreparable but irreplaceable loss
Please do accept the esteem of my highest regards and condolence

When I learn about your death, it felt like a sword to the heart. I've always adored how much you love the family and your motherly advice. A lot of unanswered questions still on my mind. Why do you have to leave so soon?Why?...why?....The only thing that keeps my mind at rest is knowing you are at the right hand of the almighty. Free from life&its misery. Rest on "Iya Lare" until we meet to part no more. You will be greatly missed.
Mummy L’are! Words fail me. It felt strange not been able to call you today for mother’s day. You have been one of my pillars of strength since childhood. Always there to support us in any way possible. You got me into a university that I did not even apply to. Ensured that I was adequately cared for all through my stay in Ado. Your act of selflessness is one that I cherish most and try to emulate. You give your all to those you love. Thank you for an impactful life. Your teachings and morals will forever be cherished. You were indeed an example of the word MOTHER. Goodnight mummy, you will beforever missed.
Grandma,You truly were a special, special woman! You may have passed on, but your memories would always live on within us. Thank you for your sacrifices, your care and concern. Wherever you are, I know you are in a much better place. Rest on.
It's Mother's Day tomorrow, I can’t stop thinking about you....

If we could bring you back again for one more hour or day, Eye Lare. We'd express all our unspoken love; We'd have countless things to say. If we could bring you back again,we say we treasured you and that your presence in our lives meant more than we ever knew. If we could bring you back again to tell you what we should, you'd know how much we miss you. And if we could, we would. Continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord Almighty.
