Ona Lee Dickens was born to Curtis Lee and Amanda Ola Dickens in 1930 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.She later lived in Stigler, Ok and then on to live around Hanna,OK.
      She married James Wesley (Jimmy) Wheeler from Raiford, Ok and had five children, James Keith, Johnny Kelvin, Bruce Stephen, Carolyn Kay and Tracy Bryan. She was preceded in death by  two of her sons, Bruce Stephen Dec.24,1953 (7 days old ) and Johnny Kelvin, Jan. 17,1954 (I year and 11months old). She had Tracy Jan 21,1964 and passed on June 12, 1964. She left me a real baby doll to take care of. I, Carolyn, was then a little mama to him. 
      She was a wonderful wife, mother, and homemaker.
      She died from Melanoma Cancer.
