Opal Jo'Dace Jennings, 5, was abducted from the front yard of her home in Saginaw on Mar. 26, 1999. She had died from a blow to the head, within hours of being kidnapped. On Dec. 30, 2003, her remains were discovered in Fort Worth, Texas.
