This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Othneal Charles, 42 years old, born on September 25, 1969, and passed away on May 31, 2012. We will remember him forever.
My cousin "Othneal (known to me as cousin neil) was a very kind, funny and loving person. He was my mother's (BB) first nephew and my biggest cousin. He would greatly be missed by my family and I, and may he rest in peace.
While we are mourning the loss of our friend, others are rejoicing to meet him behind the veil. Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss…our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
"Neil was my neighbor and friend......very fond memories of him growing up as a young boy to present, his joyous persona, very respectable to everyone, never one to say no, he work hard for his money and was very talented. He work hard building many homes in and around Couva. No more pain or sorrow my friend.... Rest In Peace...May you find comfort and shelter with your heavenly father!"

Othneal (better known in Couva as Fat Boy) was the first of four boys, with 17 months between us. Although we were very different, we did almost everything together while growing up. I wish we could have those days again!!!
