Unforgetable memories
My head is so full of fond memories of my Dad that I do not know where to start. I can even still hear the tuneful sound of his favorite song wafting into our bedroom, waking us up to prepare for school, as he played his favorite music like he often did as early as 5 am most mornings, me then age 7 or thereabout. And when he is not playing, it will be the songs of Chief Commander Ebenezer Obey soothingly bellowing out of his turntable while he boiled the water in the kitchen for our morning breakfast which was always a cup of tea, pap and the things that go with it and till this day breakfast for me has always remained a cup of tea and things that go with it. My love for music was, without doubt, so much enriched by my Dad and for that I will eternally remain thankful and grateful. My Dad was a very accomplished man...
