My LOVELY father and best friend ❤
I was very worried when you were sick at Mamfe hospital. I prayed continously for quick recovery but was shocked when I heard the news that, you are no more. I was broken and couldn’t get a hold of myself. You shocked and took me unaware WHY? My heart bleeds. I can't stop, but God knows better and has a better plan for you, and knows the reasons why he called you home! I can't imagine life without you. Who have you left us with? We need you " I NEED YOU".
Daddy, I have many good memories with you from the day I was born until when I lived with my grandparents Akombi in Muyuka. As a child, I always thought you were my Uncle. My grandfather told me that you were my father. I will never forget the day you took me from Muyuka to EKOK. You introduced me to Mami Lydia and my siblings Stella and Baiye and others in the house. I will never forget those good memories. YOU WERE THE BEST DADDY AND a role MODEL to all your children.
Dad, I will never forget when you that young handsome policeman who comes from work in Ekok and I will run and hug, and how I will help to take off your shoes. I remember all the beautiful smiles. I was always happy and looked forward to your return from work. I realized that you loved to keep yourself very busy at your construction sites in Mamfe for many years. Daddy, I have always appreciated the father/daughter bond that we shared. I can't forget when you talked your stories, it was just you and I. I sat close to you and we laughed.
Daddy, look at me. I am very very sad and heartbroken. Who will I talk and chat with again since you decided to leave me?
(crying)
Daddy, remember you told me that you wanted me to have six children, when I was young ,you joked and I laughed. All your wishes! and your favorite hard-fried plantains that you loved so much, I have prepare it, come and eat. I really wanted to take care of you, take you out, chat with you. WHERE ARE YOU?
Daddy, I will never forget when I watched you cry for the first time and knew you were not ok because I am deaf. You took me to different churches all through to pray me to regain my speech and hearing with my two moms. You were crying really hard because you wanted me to hear and talk again. You never gave up on me even when there seemed to be no hope. A few days later I realized I could speak and hear a little, you were very happy. I thank you that you never give up on me and for showering me with so much love.
Daddy, you are a great man, father, and grandfather. Your grand children will miss you. They want to play foot ball with you but they can't play because you are not around.
I am truly blessed to have you as a father. You did everything to direct me through the right path. You are my first love and you will always be my best friend. I will always call you my HERO Daddy. I KNOW that you were very proud to have me as your daughter. We thank God for what he has gifted us. It was great to spend time with you, your children, and your grandchildren before you left for Cameroon. I named my daughter Batuo after you because you are very special. I will cherish all the memories. You know how much I loved you and cared about you.
Daddy, look at me I really don't want to say goodbye, I need to hear your voice just ONE more time, PLEASE!!!!
Am sure you will meet my grandparents ( your parents) . Say hi to them for me even my grandparents Akombi.
