Pam, your fight is now over and your pain has ceased forever. You will surely be missed. God said your work was done here on earth and it was now time for you to come on home.

I'm still trying to grasp that you are gone you were more than just my friend but my sister, you were my biggest fan. I love you and you loved your Tam you will forever be in my heart. Rest now from your labor to your reward. Death is not the end but it's the beginning.
