I've never known such a hard worker and dedicated soul as Leon Porter, we shared some great times and long hours from late nights, and even overnight when we had to. And Mr.Leon would be right there with sound advice , he only had one speed, and that was full speed ahead, I'm so glad I got to spend that hour and a half with you 2 weeks ago, now you can finally get the rest you deserve.RIP!

We first met 49 years ago in the summer of 1963. I am so very sad to see you go. You are the last of the Max Scher Blue Print 12th Street gang. When we spoke 2 weeks ago I knew you had accepted what was to come and that you were at peace with the world. Thanks for just being who you were.
