I miss you so very much honey. I think of you every day, and I talked with Joe, he's missing you as well, some days more than others, though we all think of you with love and remember your precious smile and beautiful blue eyes. Love you baby

Merry Christmas honey. Joe reminded me that other than the snow, Christmas is your favorite holiday. We all miss you so very much and there is not a day that does not go by, that we don't think of you. Always on our minds and in our hearts. I still hang your stocking on the fireplace mantle.

It has been four months today that you left our home. I miss you and hope that you are at piece in your place with God. I know you were as happy as you could be here despite your pain, and now you are free to fly like the butterfly. I miss you honey. Love you and miss you. Tiamo

I just felt I would share my thought and feelings of sadness and grief. I think of Pat almost at every moment throughout my day, though I still live in the same home that Pat and I lived in for the last 4 years. In every corner of the house she is a memory for me. The Sunday morning coffee, the afternoon snacks of her favorites. Usually Rice crispy treats or peaches and mandarin oranges.

Thanksgiving Day

November 11, 2012

Last year at this time Pat and I were able to enjoy my first attempt at cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. To both of our surprise, It turned out wonderful. Though we had many of our Thanksgiving meals together in the hospital, this was a day of thanks because she was home for the Holidays. This was cause enough for thanks. This would be the first Holiday without Pat since 2004. I know she is at peace now. though I miss you honey. You are with us all at this time, in memory and in our hearts. Thank you for being such a wonderful memory and friend.

This is a wonderful picture of Pat, Depicting her wonderful blue eyes and the spirit of love and light she carried with her where ever she went. We were sharing a wonderful day with her Granddaughter and son, Joe. This day lived with her in memory as Pat was not wearing her oxygen in this photo. This is how she was in spirit, FREE TO FLY, with no leash to hold her down and free to be. Her.

A day at Canal park baseball

September 3, 2012

This is a memory worth sharing with anyone. Pat and I had gone to Red Lobster had a wonderful dinner. She of course ordered her all time favorite " Surf & Turf" and Then we were off to watch The Akron Aeros. We had such a wonderful time and the Aeros won. After the game we were standing outside smoking & talking with a guy on a Ric shaw and as we discussed how great it would have been if i would had been able to catch a fly ball for her. "WOW" I kid you not. A foul ball comes flying over the wall and lands right by us. Im chasing it as it rolls inches from going down the sewer. I grabbed it. and handed it to Pat. She kept for years until she gave it to her grandson Noah. This was a moment that did not go by. Living life and loving every single moment.
