The best Mother in the world...you have been gone for 4 years now...we still miss you as much today as we have every day since you went to your heavenly home. I know you are looking down on us and watching over us. Thanks for the nickles that make me smile EVERY TIME and make me say "Hey this is from my Mom!" Until we meet again...it's never been good-bye....only see you later!

Mom, today would be your 80th birthday. Caiden and I sang you happy birthday and placed some balloons at your grave. We continue to love and miss you every day. Even after we left Caiden said..."I miss Grandpa and Grandma Masters." He said he wanted to get you some pretty flowers. Thanks for the nickles you leave for me to find....every time I say,,,"Hey my Mom!" I know you and Dad watch over us every day. I will always remember the good times we have had...and the laughs....thanks for the great memories!

You can shed tears that she is gone
Or you can smile because she has lived
You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back
Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left
Your heart can be empty because you can't see her
Or you can be full of the love that you shared
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday

In my Rose Garden of memories
I see you standing there
An angel in disguise
Who taught me how to care
I long to hear your voice
for real not in my dreams
I am missing you so much these days
how empty my world seems
People say time heals all wounds
that someday the pain will subside
But Grandma I can tell you
I think they must have lied
The emptiness I am feeling now
is strong and I am weak

My sweet mother where do I begin? I can't believe it's been a year since you slipped away into the arms of Jesus. I love and miss you so much everyday. I have so many wonderful memories of life with you. An amazing wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and best friend you were. God certainly blessed me greatly when he chose you to be my mother. Until we meet again my precious mother

A thousand words won't bring you back, I know because I've tried; neither will a thousand tears, I know because I've cried. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard, but always near; still loved, still missed and very dear

You always had a smile and a kind word. You were always there when we needed you, to listen, to laugh and to love. A wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and wife. You are missed more than words can say. But we will be together again someday.

Simply Amazing

Shared by Christa Farthing Marcum on September 16, 2011

My Grandma is simply amazing... She was always there when you needed someone to talk to.. She listened to everything you told her, gave you good advice... She loved when us kids would stay the night, we always looked forward to staying the night with grandma and grandpa, she would make us a comfy bed up on the couch and make us pop corn... In the morning we'd be greeted with an amazing breakfast, no one can make egg on toast and french toast like grandma.. Id walk to the recycling bins with her we'd carry news papers to recycle.. She would always let us sit on her lap and she would tell us "the little orphan annie" story, we loved to have her tell us that story... Grandma and Grandpa sure did spoil us kids, they always took us to amusement parks, races, and fishing, and grandma would have the cooler packed full of snacks pop and sandwiches... We were truly blessed to have such an AMAZING and WONDERFUL Grandmother.. We love and miss you everyday!! I love you........
