Mrs. Patricia Joann Williams Bailey, age 54, of Franklin, GA, passed away April 6, 2016.
A memorial service for Mrs. Bailey will be held Monday April 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Tom Stutts & Son Funeral Home.
