Mrs. Bailey was born October 31, 1961 in Atlanta to the late Elmer Carlton Williams and Cora Mae Williams. She was a Christian by faith. She loved her family dearly and especially enjoyed cooking for family get-togethers. 

Survivors include: her husband, Harold Lee Bailey of Franklin; three daughters: Veronica Adams of Franklin; Nora Cates (Christopher) of Bowdon; and Rebecca Bailey of Franklin; one son, John Williams (Tammy) of Franklin; 12 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
