Patricia Dixon was the most courageous woman anyone could have ever met she was beautiful and strong she lived for her family and adored her Grandchildren. She fought cancer for 13 years, she was an inspiration to us all. She will be forever missed and loved by us all. Love you Nan and we always will xxx
