Patricia Maria Weese, 61, of West Deptford, passed away in her home she shared with her partner Tracie,after a long illness on December 4th, 2017.

Pat was born in Germany and went to Trenton State College.   Pat had a loving heart and incomparable soul. She was a very strong beautiful woman who survived multiple almost fatal car accidents, cancer, a major heart attack and quadruple bypass surgery.    She enjoyed making jewelry, playing gin rummy, watching golf, and spending time with the love of her life. She always made people laugh and smile.   

Patricia was survived by her loving life partner Tracie Collins, her sister Christine Lounsberry (Kenneth), & her nephew Vincent Calvello. She was predeceased by her mother Eleonore Weese.   

Her life and friendship was a blessing to so many. The memory of her will always be treasured. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. 


A note from Tracie: I am sorry I was not right by your side when you passed. But you were never alone. God was right there holding your hand every step of the way. You left this earth knowing God and knowing you were loved beyond compare. The warmth and kindness you gave me was indescribable. I still feel your heart even though you are gone. I am truly looking forward to being with you in our next life. Each day I get a little closer to seeing you again and that brings me some joy. I will miss you baby until we meet again. I will never stop loving you Patricia. Tomorrow and beyond.
