Patricia I. Perrilles, 85, of Peoria, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Unity Point Health Methodist in Peoria.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Peoria, with Father Don Roszkowski, as Celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the church and a Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 9:45 a.m. Entombment will be at Resurrection Mausoleum immediately following the Mass.
Patricia was born on November 12, 1934 in Peoria, a daughter of George and Helen (Walraven) Perrilles. They preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Perrilles and sister, Jacqueline Perrilles.
She is survived by her sister, Georgia Perrilles of Peoria; nieces, Laurie Perrilles of Morton, Cheryl Perrilles of Peoria, Angela Perrilles of West Peoria and Mandi Kenney of Mapleton; nephews, Scott (Mary) Perrilles of Fairview and Darryl (Dawn) Perrilles of Mapleton; and 10 great nieces and nephews.
Patricia will be remembered by her family as wise, thoughtful, quiet and happy. They are most proud of her for how she dealt with her struggles in life and always had a positive attitude. She never lost her faith and always put her trust in God. She rescued many stray cats and took wonderful care of them. Her cats brought her great enjoyment, as did being with her family. She collected ceramic shoes and Frosty and Friends Hallmark ornaments and loved the color pink.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Patricia’s memory to Alzheimer’s Association, Peoria Humane Society or for Mass Intentions at St. Ann Catholic Church.
