Mrs. Terry was born on May 7, 1935, the daughter of the late Nettie Flora Demoney McDaniel and Rassie Lee McDaniel. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Whitesburg. She loved going to church and worshiping with her friends and relatives. Her family was her whole life, and she loved nothing more than caring for them. Their every need was upmost in her mind at all times. She loved preparing special things for her family to eat, but nothing she cooked could compare to her coconut cake. She was fascinated with Humming Birds and loved collecting figurines of them. She was much loved by her family and will be forever held close in their hearts.

She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Huckeba, and Theresa Lourents (Tom) both of Franklin, GA.; one son, Tony Terry of Douglasville, GA.; one brother, David McDaniel of Temple, GA.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Grady Eugene Terry.
