Hey Big Sister

Still missing you sooo much. I often think about the times I would come by and you would seemingly be so annoyed, but then you would always make me something to eat. Some people thought you were mean.. but I got it.. you were just a solo traveler in more ways than one.

Hey Sis, we gathered together best we could to celebrate Christmas.
It just was not the same without you hogging the whole eve for your birthday party. We miss you still so much that I used your (vintage) Christmas table clothes for the occasion. You would have been proud.

Ok Sis, so one year ago today you went home & I thought your departure would get easier over time. And it has in a way, however I still have an ache in my heart where you still are. My comfort is knowing you are united with the Lord and Askia.... and all the others you love that went before you to that side. Ain't it good to know Jesus for yourself Sis. Sister, you left us 6 months ago and we are all still sad because of your departure. It might be a little easier for me because You gave me the special honor of caring for you in your last days. I know your eternity now cannot even compare to you life here. That alone gives me great comfort. it was not easy watching you leave us, however, I would not have wanted it any other way. Thank you for obeying the Holy Spirit and letting me in when you really needed someone to step in.... we love you, we miss you, we will see you again.

What I remember most about you sis was how you beat your own drum no matter.

You always held your cards close to your chest, but every now and then you would let us experiance your love for us ( your siblings)

You were a very loving mother who lavished all your love and care on Askia.He really did bring the best our in you.

Sister day was special, I am so sorry we could not pull it together last year. But you and I had a special bond through the the Holy Spirit and I will always be graftfull for our Sister days. Thank you Patricia for being my big sister the best you could.
