Patty Taylor died Dec. 19 at the University of New Mexico Medical Center, surrounded by family.
Patty was known as someone who could never say no to a friend or a pet, an avid reader and skier and devoted mother and grandmother. Since the time her grand-daughter, Kayla, was an infant, Taylor lovingly reared her. She was pre-deceased by her former husband, Forbes; and her father, DeLyle R. Youngman. Survivors include her granddaugher, Kayla Lopez; mother, Betty Youngman; siblings Kathy Mosteller, Roy Youngman, Nancy Provolt, and Tom Youngman; adopted daughter Ivy Taylor and grandson Alex Gregory.
