Doctor... I didn't have the pleasure of meeting you, but I did talk to you a lot on the phone. You were always very nice and respectful to me. I will miss talking to you, One thing I do know... I will see you on the other side one day. Love you! Doctor....

I didn't get to know you well, brother. But, Brother's in Arms forever. I will take care of your baby girl from now on as you watch over us and we shall finish the game that we started...

Doc there are so many things I'd like to say but most importantly, I love you brother. So many memories I will hold close to my heart; fishing, long hours in your shop, your impeccable timing to say the right thing or most of the time the funniest and of course my first bike. You and Penny took my family in as your own and I can never be thankful enough for what you all did for us. "Untill we meet again, May the wind always be at your back and the sun upon your face. And may the wings of destiny carry you aloft to dance with the stars." P.S. Cody and Harley send their love! Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. Patrick (Doc) Bartley.... truley charrished, forvever remembered and loved for eternity!

You can now be at peace, soar across the seas & feel the wind as it was meant to be felt...you will see me under ever moon, as i will see you under ever reflexion of water i touch.. I promise I will finish what I started, you will be proud of me your training will be wisely used... you were the only dad who was happy to call me your daughter....

Was back in 1996 when Danny and I met in ATL on the way to Chattanooga. Met up with Doc and Mo (William Ward) when we got there, all at Covenant Transport. We all looked at each other as brothers from the start. The years took us to different places, but the brotherhood was always there. Doc is forever in the wind. Will miss you brother, till we meet again on the other side . . .
