Rest in peace Patrick.
This memorial website was created in memory of our loving father, son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and friend Patrick Sonnier Jr.
Patrick was a wonderful father to his 3 children: Jade, Alexus and Dylan.
He adored his mom and was a die-hard Saints fan. His unpredictable wittiness made him a special kind of person who was able to make everyone smile no matter the situation.

Pat, my little Butter Bean, my grandson, I love you and will always hold you in my heart where you will forever be alive there until I can hold you in my arms on the "other side". I enjoyed our little chats and discussions but there were far too few of them. When we meet again I know that there will be more time and hope we can continue on with more of them.

I have so many good memories that will last a lifetime. I am so lucky to have known you and Jade is twice as lucky to have you as a dad. We will miss you so much but will look forward to meeting you again. Fly high Pat and RIP! We love you Pat!!!

So I am at Walmart shopping for snoball stand supplies, and one of the cashiers came up to me to tell me a story of how she first met patrick!!!! She went to LJ Alleman middle school with Patrick. She said she was one of a handful of "black kids"(her words, not mine)!! She said , she was confused on all the different buildings that she would have to go to for different classes, so who helped her, PATRICK!!!!!! She said he would find her and help her find her way and was always so sweet to her. Even as an adult she said " he would even come up to me, no matter who he was with to speak with me." He was a VERY SWEET , THOUGHTFUL AND LOVING PERSON!!!!! I SO MISS HIM!!!!!!!!!
