Mr. Hicks attended the Lanett City Schools. He was a former employed with Duracell, LaGrange, GA.  He had a passion for music.  He was a bass guitar player and played in the band, Cisco Kids and Gang.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Christine and Paul (Sr.) Hicks, his grandparents, Amos and Sallie Kate Hicks, granddaughter, Nakiya Gilliam.
