Did not know him, but heard a lot of him from Shannon. It is a tragedy, but if anybody can change the traffic situation, Shannon can.
This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, paul mroczka, 67 years old, born on March 21, 1949, and passed away on September 29, 2016. We will remember him forever.
