The son of Willie and Jessie Justice, Mr. Justice was born in Tram, Kentucky, and resided in Huntington, West Virginia for several years. He retired from Sears and Roebuck after over 30 year of service. He was a member of the RiverPark Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses after dedicating his life to Jehovah for the past 54 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Harris Justice.

Survivors include: his son, Paul R. Justice, Jr; one daughter, Carolyn Marie Chaney (Lepolia); a sister, Nora L. Watkins; a loving niece, nephews, grandchildren, several spiritual children and friends.
