This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Pearl Marie (George) Kennedy, 71 years old, born on April 26, 1939, and passed away on December 6, 2010. We will remember her forever.

Pearl was a beautiful person in so many ways. She could always make you laugh. She had so many talents, she gave us a daughter that is loved by many. Will miss her.

Momma you taught me a lot about life as I was growing up. How to cook,sew,embroidery,etc. I remember many nights we would make things together. My favorite thing was helping you in making pies because you always let me use the scraps from the dough to make cinnamon and sugar crisps. I will cherish those days for the rest of my life. I love you and miss with all my heart.

Will think you, and the family that I remember growing up when living in Ill and Iowa before my Dad Henry and mom Annie Ruth moved back to Ca. Will look to see if I have any pictures to add, in memory. Love to the family and friends.

This story is about a little black book that momma had sent my pops for it's a small one. Please excuse some of the words but I wanted to say exactly what she wrote.
I sent your pops after me a note book. He bought me this one and got one for himself because they were 2 for something.
He ask me what I was going to do with it, and I told him I was going to write you stories about myself. He said to start back as early as I can remember. He said he couldn't write you nothing, because all he ever got was his ass chewed out and switched. He said the last time his mom was going to switch him, he took the switch out of her hand, broke it up, then threw it into the stove, and told her there wasn't going to be any more of that shit.
