A loving daughter, sister, mother, friend.  Peggy was born April 13,1977 to Won and Oke Chung at Holy Cross Hospital.  Born in Maryland and raised in Virginia, Peggy was the adored middle child sandwiched between her older sister, Grace, and younger brother, Jimmy.

After spending her formidable elementary school years in the Fairfax Villa, Peggy went on to finish elementary school at Westbriar Elementary in Vienna, VA followed by Cooper Middle School and graduated from Langley High School in 1995.

Upon graduating from high school, Peggy went on to the University of Virginia.
