Minnie Belle "Penny" Looney passed away in an Austin hospital.  She was born in Pasadena, Tx and lived in Houston most of her live before settling in Round Rock, Tx.  She was the great, great, great grandaughter of Comanche chief Quanah Parker, a leader of the North American Church.  Penny was a shaman, known world wide for her teaching and healing abilities.  She was an associate of Jeanne Dixon, Uri Geller, Ray Elkins, Wayne Dyer, Nigel Taylor and many others.  

Penny is survived by her long time companion Jim Means and her daughter Belinda Shelly and 3 granddaughters and 13 great grandchildren.
