I ask everyone who was familiar with Peter Cherkas and his family to write me memories of Peter.
I'm a biographer for this family and I'm writing a book about them.

Dear friends, with great joy I found this memorial site. Thank you all for remembering Peteк. I'm a biographer for the Cherkas family. I have part of this family's archive. I am very glad that I can have contact with you. I have a lot of photos of the Cherkas family and various documents. And there are letters from Andrei, Alexander, Petеr and other people to Konstantin and Kira. Please email me - alex8net1@gmail.com My book is the story of their family written in Russian and until 1955 stands on the Russian website on the Internet - https://proza.ru/avtor/aleksandrruden&book=20#20 . It's true there. Respectfully Alexander.

Lyn and I visited the Julian cemetery on the first anniversary of your death this Thursday. We placed paint brushes on Constantine's, Kira's and Andrei's graves, like we did 44 years ago at van Gogh's graves,
on that trip to France with "Petya" a lifetime ago
